Constitution, Does it really matter?

Although the Constitution may not limit the government as much as we, the american public would like, there plenty of benefits that prove it is heplful. It guaranteed Americans a basic set of rights, and helped establish a basis for an organized democracy. For example, Freedom of Speech would not exist without the constitution.
